Craze Electronics ships UPS ground and only ships to the Continental United States. This means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We do not ship FED-EX or USPS. Our shipping policies are strict, and we will not accept any emails requesting shipping other than UPS ground or to ship outside of the continental U.S. Unless otherwise stated in the description, we do not offer local pick up. Also note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Craze Electronics uses premium boxes and packaging supplies for shipping its products. At craze, we use a variety of packaging products to ensure that your item(s) arrive in the same condition as described in our auctions. Materials include, but are not limited to, bubble wrap, foam, shipping peanuts, and anti-static bags. Our shipping and handling charges reflect the care and pride we take in shipping our products. If you are pleased with your purchase and how it arrived to you, we would sincerely appreciate your positive feedback
We accept payments only through Pay-Pal. All payments must be received within seven (7) days of end of auction. Please do not email with extension request, as Craze Electronics has very strict payment policies.

We believe in always providing our customers with accurate and detailed auction descriptions, current photos, and fast and safe shipping. Please look at the following table, which states our current return policies and procedures. Please note, that buyers must cover shipping costs in order to receive a refund. In the rare event that the package arrives to you damaged, please refuse the shipment from UPS and notify Craze Electronics within 24 hours of the delivery date. All other claims must be reported within 10 days of receiving the package.
Used items may only be returned if the received item is not as described in the auction description. Due to an increased number of fraudulent cases, the following steps must be taken in order to file a claim for a refund
- A detailed description of the customer’s issue with the unit must be emailed to Craze Electronics. This description must include how the item differs from the description.
- Detailed photos of the received item must be taken, with identifying components such as serial numbers and/or type numbers.
- Once this information is received, we will respond with our decision, after the unit has been inspected. (NO response will be issued until ALL information is received).
- If we are at fault, we apologize in advance, and we will issue a full refund within three days of receiving the item.
- Units must arrive in the same condition that they left in.
- Absolutely no refunds will be given on items that have been tampered with.
Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our returns department. If there are no problems or errors found during testing, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item. We will notify the returner that we will deduct 20% from their initial payment, and the remained will be returned within three days of Craze Electronics receiving the item(s).
We test and check each unit individually and place tamper proof safety measures on each unit. Please note again, that Craze Electronics will not issue refunds if the received item(s) has been tampered with in any way. “Tampering” includes but is not limited to, removing or installing any internal or external hardware/software. “Tampering” also includes opening up any unit, even if no alterations are made.
As many of our customers buy our products for parts, or to do custom work to them, we urge our customers to check their item(s) carefully, prior to making any changes to the item(s).
Absolutely no refunds are given for items being sold “for parts”, unless there is a clear and distinct mistake made in the description of the item. These units are being sold for any salvageable parts. We clearly state in the description that these units are either not functioning or not functioning properly, therefore are being sold as-is (unless otherwise stated in the auction description). If you would still like to bring up a claim for a refund, please follow the same steps in the “USED” section.Please remember that no response will be made, until a detailed description and photos of the unit(s) are received.
