This lamp has a narrowband bulb that more is suitable for people with sensitive skin that burns after 30 minutes in the sun. If your skin is not sensitive to the sun, and does not burn after 30 minutes in the sun, you should buy the Broadband UVB lamp, that I also sell here in ebay.

Using this lamp few minutes every day clears the psoriasis plaques after few weeks. 

The treatments should start from 1 in the timer, 20 seconds. Every day you need to increase the timer by 1 until the skin starts to cure. It can be 1-10 in the timer, depending on your skin sensitivity. 

If your skin is sensitive to sun rays and burns after 30 minutes in the sun this narrowband UVB lamp is better for you. If your skin is not sensitive to the sun’s rays, the broadband uvb is better for you. Broadband is also better for psoriasis on the legs that requires strong UVB. Both lamps are good, but with the narrowband it can take you 15 minutes to treat one area of 2 x 6 inch. To treat 4 areas will take you 1 hour. With the broadband uvb it will take only 8 minutes.

In the internet you will find articles saying that Narrowband UVB is better for Psoriasis, but this relates to clinics. In a clinic there is a full body machine with about 40 lamps of 100 watt. The whole body is exposed to the UVB light, and not only the affected area. Also the clinic treats people that have sensitive skin and for them narrowband is better. That is why the clinics prefer to have narrowband for everyone. 

If you will buy the narrowband and it will take you too much time to treat every area,  I will not replace the lamp to broadband. In the past many buyers asked to replace to broadband, but I do not sell used lamps. If you will buy narrowband and will want to replace to broadband you will have to sell the narrowband yourself, or to suffer the long treatments.

Each lamp will be supplied with a voltage and plug to the buyer country. There is no need to buy any transformer or adapter.
