We do accept returns within 30 days. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we will refund your full purchase price so long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as received with the original packaging.

Shipping costs are not recoverable. We will only refund the original shipping costs if the purchased item is defective or there is an issue with the item that is not listed or shown in the photos on the listing page. We will not refund shipping costs in the case of, "Buyer Remorse" as outlined in eBay's buyer protection policy page.

In any situation, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the item at his or her own expense.

It is our responsibility to make certain that your item gets to you quickly and safely.

We provide online tracking with all of our shipments and automatically upload to the tracking information to the buyers order details page.

Your delivery address is imported from PayPal. Please make certain that your information is up to date and if paying with PayPal, please note that we only ship to confirmed addresses.

With ProPay and credit card payment the buyer may specify the ship to address in our Vendio checkout system.

Your item will be packaged properly. In the event of freight damage, the buyer must keep all packaging and be prepared to present box and contents to shipping service for inspection.

 

We are happy to ship just about anywhere, but please understand that we have a responsibility to make certain that your item arrives safely and meets the shipping criteria for eBay and PayPal's respective buyer and seller protection programs.

We will not ship items without the use of either a delivery confirmation number from the United States Post Office or a tracking number from UPS or Fedex.

All orders for a total dollar amount exceeding $100 will only be mailed with Signature Confirmation and will be shipped exclusively by UPS or Fedex. Such order must be paid via ProPay or Credit Card. We no longer accept payment through PayPal on international orders over $100.

International shipments will only be sent with the full value noted on the customs declaration.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.

With the exception of our CD/DVD product, we do not offer First Class Shipping for international orders, as there is no tracking information provided by the United States Post Office.
