It is all battery...
After buying several battery packs like this I started to open some of them up to actually see what battery was being used..some are nothing more than a few "coin " type cells and are generally a lite pack...this pack is surprisingly heavy and sure enough contains one thick hefty cell..a small circuit board supplies the important regulation to prevent damage to the pack...HOW SAFE the construction is I cannot say..it looks good and does not get warm when charging ...some units I have seen get hot...this runs cool to the touch...I am a little spooked by Lithium batteries due to some of the problems some people have had with other devices...MY ONLY ISSUE is I did not receive any instructions with it..depending on how long and how many times you press the small button on the side..the four LEDs will light and sometimes flash TELLING ME WHAT? All said and done it seems to work even though I'm not sure I am using it correctly...so far I am happy with it and would recommend the unit to anyone needing backup power for a phone or tablet. ..Rikk

Great product!
Hands down one of the best portable chargers i have had. I have a Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus and can go almost 2 days depending on just the portable charger before it has be to charged. I also use it to charge up various other devices at the same time and works great. Would definitely recommend

Great little charge pack
Bought it for a friend got it charged it got it early I plugged into it my USB corded 10 or 12 led light bulb think it is 5 watt half amp or full amp and it ran for a total of 10 hours over three evenings and one of my dimmer USB light for a hour and a half longer I will be buy me and wife each one I would recommend to anyone for the price
