Defective Item - within 30 days of Purchase Date:

1. Complete the eBay Online Return Form -please click on the "Guaranteed Seal" above to use our eBay Online Return Service
2. Once your Return is approved, we will email you Return Instructions with an Return Authorization (RA) Number
3. A full refund including shipping will be sent to your PayPal account provided the item is received within 30 days from date of purchase

If you are interested in replacing your phone, please order another phone from us via eBay as we only provide a full refund including original shipping.

Item NOT Defective: If you decide to return an item that is Not Defective, we will charge a restocking fee to cover all cost:
1. Complete the eBay Online Return Form (see link on your listing page)
2. You will be responsible for returning the item at your expense
3. When your return is received (same condition and packaging as sold to you), the item price less shipping, labor, packaging, fees, and online cost will be sent to your PayPal account
