Why have not received your email reply?
We will ONLY answer email during office hours (Mon-Fri 10:00am - 6:00pm PST) except holiday. All emails will be replied in the order it was received the following business day. However, we did receive some customers complain that they have not received our emails. Mostly because our reply emails get into the SPAM/JUNK mail box. So please check those mail folders or use the "contact seller" on your auction page to contact us directly.
I am an international buyer, I would like to know who is going to pay the duty and tax?
International buyers are responsible for all Brokerage Fees and Duty Tax. These fees are not charged by us, and are not included in the total amount of the auction. If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of the product, for rate information, please refer to UPS/Fedex/USPS.
Do you have the product in stock ?
Generally, we will have the item in stock for what we list. However, there is still a slim chance that back order will happen. In this case, we will offer you a full refund or product exchange within 7 days.
Why my purchase is different from what I saw online?
Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, or monitor resolution. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. If you have questions, please contact us.
What should you do when you receive a wrong or defect item?
If the product you received is not what you purchased or it function as intend due to manufacturer's defect or whatsoever reason, we will gladly replace it at no charge. However, it is necessary that you can provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return label for you. And we must first receive the product, and examine the defective item before an exchange, or refund is processed.
What should you do when you receive a damage item?
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer box is not damaged). Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.
What should you do if there is fitment problem with your purchase?
All of our items are made by OE approved manufacturers and they were tested in factory. However, it does happen sometimes because of improper installation or wrong item purchase. If an item is being returned due to fitting errors, we do ask customer to provide a written report from professional installers or shops stating what the problem is or we will not accept the return.
Any installation guide come with the products?
Most of our item does not come with installation guide. Though some products may come with instructions, they only serve as a guide. Professional installation is highly recommended for all products.
Is the product street legal?
As state law varies from state to state, country to country, we cannot be liable for any legal issues which may arise due to the use of products. Buyer assumes responsibility for any violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of our products. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items.
What can I do if I am not satisfy with the product for whatever reason? Is there a 30 days money back guarantee?
Yes ! It? our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason (you can just don't like it or it is not what I expected) within 30 days of receiving the item, we will offer refund of the ITEM PRICE ONLY ("FREE SHIPPING" item will charge 20% fee) on any unused items. Item must has their original packaging, no signs of being installed or mounted, used, cut wires or scratches. Item must be original saleable condition. (which is determined solely by Advance Aerosports) Shipping and Handling are not refundable.
Is there any product warranty?
Basically, all auction items are sold "as is". However, we are willing to provide our customer a limited 60 days warranty. That's the reason why you need to buy from us. Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturers defects including bulbs, LED outage, and water leak. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or improper use in any way. Customers must pay for both way shipping for product exchange. .
