You must fill out the Warranty Registration Card and Mail it back to Manufacturer within 10 days receiving your product. If your warranty card is not on file no warranty claim will be honored. You must also have a copy of your original sales receipt (paypal receipt) to make any kind of a warranty claim. This is your responsibility as a buyer to complete this information if not warranty will be VOID. 1st year full, pro-rated after that, Damage due to misuse will not be covered.
