The MarketPlace, a convenience store, is located next to the Clubhouse. Activities are offered at The Shade Recreation Center in the operations building.

Within 48 hours of receiving this information buyer will be emailed a purchase agreement (if not received within that time frame please contact us and notify of this issue).

Payment and completed contract is required in escrow within 7 days of auctions end. If payment and contract is not received a dispute with eBay will be opened and property resold (buyer will be blocked from any future purchases and strike left on their account).
