Within 48 hours of receiving this information buyer will be emailed a purchase agreement (if not received within that time frame please contact us and notify of this issue).
Payment and completed contract is required in escrow within 7 days of auctions end. If payment and contract is not received a dispute with eBay will be opened and property resold (buyer will be blocked from any future purchases and strike left on their account).
