Tuscan Blue Rosemary - Nice rosemary variety. Beautiful blue flowers when in bloom. Named for the Tuscany region in Italy. Good in planters, for topiary use or as a hedge. Welcome to Colonial Creek Farm! We are a certified and inspected nursery growing herbs, scented geraniums, ornamentals, and heirloom plants, specializing in rare and hard to find varieties. We ship well-rooted starter plants in their containers by USPS priority mail. We grow our plants as naturally as possible without the use of harsh chemicals or pesticides. Our plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.
**Please take a moment to read the following information, some of our policies have changed.
PLANT SIZES: Our plants range in size from about ½” tall (thyme, creeping savory and other low-growing groundcover type plants) to about 8” tall for trees, scented geraniums, sages, basils, etc. Most of our plants will fall into the plus or minus 6” tall category.They will be well-rooted starter plants ready to transplant into larger containers or directly into the ground. Occasionally some larger plants may be cut back for shipping purposes. This will not effect their health and is an effort to give you the largest plant possible and still fit itinto the box at the lowest possible shipping rate.We now ship plants in 3” and 2 ¼”nursery containers. We are in the process of transitioning to the slightly smaller pots.Most of you will hardly notice the difference and this will not effect the size of your plant, but should result in lower shipping costs once the transition is fully made.
SHIPPING: We are not shipping outside of the continental USA or to the following states:AZ, CA, OR, WA, NV or to APO, FPO addresses. We apologize for this new policy, but the inspections and paperwork required to ship to these areas due to import regulations are costly and time consuming. If you purchase or bid on plants to be shipped to these areas, we regretfully will have to cancel your purchase. We ship to all other locations by USPS priority mail.We ONLY ship on Mon & Tues of each week to ensure that your plants will not sit over on Sunday.We generally ship the following Mon or Tues after payment has been received and cleared.If your payment is made before noon on Mon or Tues your plants should ship that same day,Payments received after Tues. 12:00 noon will not ship until the following Monday.
COMBINED SHIPPING: If you want us to combine your purchases into one order, please wait to make payment until you are finished with all auctions and/or purchases. If you are using ebay’s shopping cart, we can no longer manually adjust your shipping charge. We are forced to use the automated shipping calculator ebay provides.It is not a perfect system and we don’t like to use it as we do not believe it is the fairest way to figure your shipping charge.If you want us to manually combine your shipping charge, please do not put items in your cart.Simply purchase them outright and then request an invoice from us prior to making payment.We will combine your shipping and send you a new invoice to pay from within 24 hours. If you have used the cart system and believe you paid too much for shipping, please contact us and we will take alook at it to see if you were overcharged.Ebay charges us a final value fee on your shipping cost too, so we would rather take care of these problems before you make payment as we are not able to recoup our costs if we refund shipping charges back to your paypal account after the fact.
REFUND POLICY: Ebay’s new top-seller requirements policy now requires us to offer refunds up to 14 days after your purchase. This rule was put in place to protect buyers from unscrupulous sellers looking to take advantage of them. (which is not us!)It was not meant to imply that your plant will still be alive fourteen days later if it is not properly cared for. A plant is a living thing and alot can happen to it in fourteen days. A hungry caterpillar can eat it to the ground, your neighbor can get carried away with the weed trimmer, or someone can accidentally forget to water it. With that being said, we are hoping that common sense prevails and that this policy will not be misused by anyone. We do guarantee that your plant will be healthy when it arrives,and that it will still be healthy fourteen days later if it is properly cared for or we will give you a refund or replacement.

***FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE NEVER ORDERED PLANTS THROUGH THE MAIL: The single most important thing you can do to ensure you receive your plants in good condition is to be available to open your package as soon as it arrives. Plants left in hot mail boxes or on snowy porches for extended periods of time simply will not survive.We will happily ship to a neighbor, relative, or to your place of work if you would prefer, so that someone is available to receive the package. Shipping plants through the mail is a delicate process.It is an unnatural environment for a living thing to be put into a box without sunlight, water or fresh air for several days. Your plants may appear to be in distress when they first arrive especially during hot weather, but they will usually bounce back once they rest up from their journey. Care instructions will be provided, following these instructions will greatly improve the success you have with your plants. If your plants don't seem to be coming around after following the care instructions, or if you have any other concerns, please contact us. We may be able to offer additional suggestions and/or ask that you give them a "wait and see" period of up to a week, as many times they will come around with time and care. We are human, we can and do occasionally make mistakes. If you think you have received the wrong plant, there is something wrong with the plant, etc. Please contact us right away and we will do whatever needs to be done to make it right with you. We try to answer our emails as often as possible but do have to split our time between the greenhouse and the computer. We guarantee our plants 100% and offer refunds or replacements for dead plants (we may ask that you email us a photo of the plants to determine the problem so it doesn’t happen again) We reserve the right to ship replacements at a later date if weather is determined to have been a factor in the demise of your plant. Boxes occasionally get lost or damaged in the mail. While we have no control over the USPS or how they handle your package, we will try to help resolve the problem, so please contact us. WE LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK AFTER WE KNOW THAT YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE AND WILL DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE!
