PAYMENT

• Payment methods accepted include: PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. Shipping address must agree with billing address for payment to be accepted. We accept Paypal to confirmed addresses only.

• International sales will be made only if payment is made and confirmed through PayPal or sent to our account through Bank to Bank Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).  If you desire to send payment through EFT, Please inform us and we will send you our Banking information for the EFT Funds Transfer.

• Only after funds transfer is confirmed will product be shipped. It is possible that your bank may charge a fee to provide this service so you will need to check and see if there is an additional cost on your end and allow for it on the transfer.  Make sure you ask your bank about all possible fees that might get charged in the transfer; our bank must receive the amount that we have specified.  We  ship to satisfied customers the world over on a regular basis and would be pleased to assist you in this matter.

SHIPPING

• Shipping by U.S.P.S., or United Parcel. NOTE: Canadian customers -- When choosing shipping, please be aware that UPS STANDARD charges for brokerage fees as well as custom fees.  You must pay these fees at the time of delivery.  Previously there was a website to compare the custom / brokerage charges  you have to pay upon receiving your order by either service. If it is still working, the site was http://www.thefinalcost.com/ . Fill in the shipping charges you find on this page for either or both UPS and USPS. This website will show you the estimated total charges for custom fees, Brokerage fees and other fees/ taxes for Canada that you would pay upon delivery. For items made in USA, we are under the understanding that there should be no custom's fees thanks to NAFTA. But you will want to check with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to verify this. We recommend shipping by US Postal Service due to the high UPS brokerage fees.

• SHIPPING INSURANCE: We strongly recommend shipping insurance. All packages and items for sale are new exactly as shipped from factory. We package all items to prevent breakage during normal handling. If insurance is not purchased, we will not replace in case of breakage or pilferage.  Buyer assumes all risk in case of damage, theft or loss during shipment.

• There is no free shipping on International sales. 

• INTERNATIONAL:  Shipping on all international sales will be done through USPS Express Mail International, USPS Priority Mail International, or if under 4 pounds (1.81 Kg), USPS First Class Mail International.  USPS Expess Mail International Guaranteed is available upon request, if a faster shipment is necessary. Call, or email for shipping price before sending payment. Should you desire special shipping such as express. overnight or two-day shipping, an appropriate charge will be made according to the service.  Please contact us before bidding.

• ***PHONE NUMBER REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMS FORMS***: WE MUST HAVE A CONTACT PHONE NUMBER (international buyers) for the custom form in case there's any problem locating your address.

• International buyers: INSURANCE COVERAGE:  Buyer assumes all risk in case of damage, theft or loss during shipment.  We advise our customers to purchase postal insurance.  UPS generally has $100 coverage.  USPS Express mail International has indemnity to $100; USPS Priority Mail International has indemnity from $62 up to $67 depending upon weight.  USPS First Class Mail International has no automatic coverage;  insurance must be purchased, if desired.

• International Buyers – Please Note:

Custom duties, Import duties, taxes, VAT and custom agent charges and other import charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

• All sales are final after 45 days. Returns are accepted only after the buyer has contacted us for a R.G.A number.  Buyer assumes all return shipping costs.
