Exchange◆
You can return any items which you bought from us to exchange to the right items if the items keep in their original condition that same as we sent you.
If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will exchange it free, as long as you return the item in 14 days, and in original condition.
If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, such as you choose the wrong size, the wrong color and so on, and need to exchange it , we are also pleased to exchange one for you as long as you pay for the postage and balanced price difference.
If your exchange request is unavailable, we will process it as a refund instead.

If you received a wrong item because of our fault, we will 100% refund to you as long as you return the item within 14days, and in original condition.
If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons, except it's a customized dress or promotional dress, you can also get the refund if the products are returned within 7 days with original tag and package. Only you are required to pay 15% restocking fee and the two ways shipping cost.
