1953 Fender Esquire Guitar & Case The tuners are single line Klusen. The pickup is a 1952 Fender lap steel rewound, and changed base plate. There is a receipt from the rewinder. Pots are original. One nob is original. Bridge is a Pat. Pend. that was stamped. Saddles are wrong. The pickguard is wrong. The strap button and 3-way are wrong. The case is original. Lining and lataches original. Still has manufacturers sticker in the pick pocket. The top and bottom has been recovered. They used 1950's cloth material. There are extra logos put on the case. The case is rough, but structurally sound. I'm selling it so I can get a Tele or Tele neck and parts, and I will have my luthier build me a Tele. I need the other pickup.
