Devoted to quality, REEDS inspects every piece of merchandise at least twice. The first inspection is done at the manufacturers according to our stringent requirements. A second inspection is done again by our trained quality inspectors after we receive the items before they are declared fit to sell to our customers. Additional inspections occur, such as on any item that has been sized or had custom work done, as well as spot inspections during packaging for shipping directly to a customer.
Shipping and Delivery Options
Once processed, your order will be shipped out and arrive at your designated shipping destination according to the delivery method you selected when you placed your order. Also upon shipping, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Your shipping and delivery options for in-stock items include the following:
*Delivery times do not include order processing time. For a total estimated delivery time, add the shipping time and the order processing time listed for each item.
- Standard Shipping: Standard shipping orders to US continental addresses will arrive three to four business days* after being shipped from REEDS Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping orders to US continental addresses will arrive two to three business days* after being shipped from REEDS Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery.
- Express Shipping: Express shipping orders to U.S. continental addresses will arrive one to two business days* after being shipped from REEDS Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery.
- APO/FPO Shipping: At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
- Alaska and Hawaii Shipping: Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will arrive two to three business days* after being shipped from REEDS Jewelers. An adult signature (over 21 years of age) is required for delivery. There is a $25 charge for this service.
REEDS Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 10 days and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be in new unused condition. All returns require a copy of the sales receipt or packing list. Returns will be credited in the original form of payment.
How to Return or Exchange a REEDS Purchase via Mail
When you receive your purchase from REEDS, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, call our online order center toll-free at 877-406-3266 (M-F 9-5 ET) or email us here. The returned item should be insured for its full value. REEDS Jewelers is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Upon receipt of your order, with all the required information and materials, we will either ship a replacement or credit the original purchase in the form of the original payment, based on your request (Please specify in your return package). Credit processing will occur as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 business days of the receipt of merchandise.
