Return Policy

Return for Exchange or Refund is accepted if you are dissatisfied with the item you've got. Please contact us for a RMA NO. and process the return as E-mail instruction. Return products must be in its original condition and marked with a RMA NO. on the package. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify their original purchase. We appreciate if you could send us a photo of the problem item prior to the return. Thank you! For the returning package by USPS due to the address problem or the reason that the Addressee is not available, only 80% refund will be issued.Or we could resend the item to you when additional shipping fee is paid. If you bid on the wrong item and we have shipped it out, please kindly return the item or reject the parcel and we will issue you 80% refund when we get the returning item.Beg your understanding.
