Please read this policy in full, and ask Seller any questions prior to
purchasing any item.
PRIOR TO RETURNING ITEM, Buyer MUST contact Seller via ebay or email
withing 14 days of receiving item. Return items will not be accepted
without prior Seller approval, and items will be returned to Buyer at
Buyer expense.
All Returns are subject to Buyer returning item in the same condition as sold(New with tags, Unworn, No damage or defects). Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
REFUNDS:
Buyer will be charged 15% processing fee(15% of item sale price will be deducted from the refund). Shipping Fees are not refundable. If the
returned item had free shipping, then the actual shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
For example: Item purchased = $100.00 with free shipping, and actual shipping cost was $5.50, then the total Refund = [ $100.00(sale Price) - $15.00(15% processing fee) - $5.50(actual shipping cost)] = $79.50
EXCHANGES:
Exchanged items do not have a processing fee, and exchanges will be for an item or store credit.
Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost of the new item. Free shipping will not be offered on exchanged items. Free shipping only qualifies for new purchases.
