Good workout!
I use this trainer for 30 minute workouts at a steady speed, 2-3 x per week. So far it is performing well. I have other exercise equipment to vary the routine.
Set up was easy and took about 20 minutes. Product comes with an illustrated (B&W photos) and text describing set up procedure. The trainer seems to be well constructed. The cable for magnetic adjustment running to the handlebars is nice feature. I am not changing the setting during riding, but it does work since I used it to find the correct resistance initially.
If you are spinning or training for a races or distance, I don't know if will stand up to hard use. It may, the frame is solid and stays put. Some articles on the Web state the trainers are not made for standing out of the saddle to simulate speed or hill climbing. As stated above, I'm using it for a steady speed workout. My bike is a hybrid which I bought for the same reason.
Compared to trainers sold at LBS at $300+, this one seems to be an excellent value. Shipping was quick. It came from NJ and I live in NH, 4 days by UPS ground.
Overall an excellent value and product. Allows me to keep riding in the winter - last year we had 100+ inches of snow so there was no riding. This year - no problem!

great for exercise
This was easy to assemble once I figured it out. The instructions aren't the easiest to follow. The quick release didn't work for our bikes but that's ok. A little noisier than I would like but over all a great product.

Training Inside
As someone who's never used a bike trainer, I feel like this works really great! I will say, the assembly instructions were horrible, but you'll figure it out if you're competent enough. I definitely recommend buying this if you don't like or can't bike outside.

Stable and compact
The stand is very stable. It does not tip when getting on or off and supports the "no hands" position when my arms need a break. It doesn't take up much space when in storage which is nice when it is not in use. You can get a good workout when weather is not great. Overall, it is pretty quiet. I would recommend this to anyone. It is a great value for the price.
