Vintage pair of slip shade wall sconces. Recently removed from a 50's ranch house. Glass shades have a wonderful pattern of curves in black & gold. Black lines area fused texture on front & gold is reverse painted on back. Conical shaped shades slip into triangular brass holders on base plate. Base is brass plated steel and there is an off/on turn switch on side. These are hard wired fixtures & attach to a wall junction box. No label or identify marks. Approximate Size: Brass plated base: 5” dia. Shade: 12” long x 5.75” wide at top x 3.5” deep Max. extension from wall: 4” Condition: Brass plating has tarnished & is coming off in small areas around edge that abuts wall. Shades have a few flea bites and one chip (see image) where shade inserts into base. Both sockets and switches do work. Payment via PayPal within 3 days of auction closing. Items are described as accurately as possible & sold “as-is” in good vintage condition. Seller has no responsibility or liability associated with wiring or electrical parts.
