Once the auction ends, we will send the winning bidder an email to the bidder's ebay registered email address (please make sure your email address is working). Simply follow the instruction there, you will be guided step by step through the checkout process. You might also want to print out the invoice for your reference. Payment Issues
- We accept the following payment methods: Paypal or Credit Card Payment(process day is 1-2 business days ) - Canada and international buyers could only pay with paypal or credit card payment - Payment expected within 7 days after auction ends. Product availability is not guaranteed after 7 days.
- Insufficient amount or information will delay the process of the order. Please read the invoice carefully.
Transit Time
Orders will be processed within 48hours after sufficient payment is received. Orders from Saturdays, Sundays and, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Items will be shipped out within 2 days once they are processed. The common transit time varies from US 48 states 1-6 business days, international 5-12 business days, depends on the buyer's shipping address (We are shipping from zip code 91748).
Damaged item, Wrong item Issues
If you received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately so that we can help you to get the perfect item at once. We will help you step by step for the exchange process. It might be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so Customers are required to provide pictures of concerns in order to determine if they are eligible to receive return prepaid shipping postage. If a buyer is not able to provide pictures, he or she will be responsible for return shipping costs. Installation instructions are not included in most cases. All items are Brand New unless stated otherwise on the listing. We sell DIY (Do It Yourself) Items with a few exceptions. We take no responsibility in teaching you how to install. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Although our products are made to fit OEM specifications, there may be slight issues with gaps. If the vehicle has had collision damage, the chances of improper fitment increase. Vehicles with poor body frame alignment and or flex will also be more likely to have fitment gaps. We guarantee fitment gap are no more than 1/3" wide on each side. . We will send a pre-paid UPS return shipping label to the customer, and he/she can take the item to the UPS drop off location to return the item to us. Once the item is back to our warehouse, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee as well. Therefore, our customers are guarantee to get the perfect item even the product is broken during the shipping process.
If customer found that the item is an incorrect item or some parts are missing, please contact us immediately. Please keep the box and the label because we might need some reference num or box size to determine if the item is incorrect or not. We might also require some digital picture to see if the item is incorrect or not. We will be responsible for return shipping and reshipping fee if we make the mistake.
If customer believes that the item does not fit your car, we highly recommended our customer to go to professional installation or get more information about how the item does not fit. We might need some pictures to prove to us how the item does not fit. If there is enough proof that the item does not fit your vehicle, we will be responsible for the return shipping fee and full refund will be issued to the buyer.

Please inspect and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

Please inspect all of your items immediately upon arrival. We reserve the rights to determine if an item is defective and/or sent incorrectly. In order to file for a "defective" item, you MUST submit a digital photo and proof of professional installation along with your application. All buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.
Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 7 business days for carriers to process claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier.

We are not professional mechanics and we only offer limited technical assistances at this time. We cannot offer advices on installation or modification unless we are 100% sure about the answer. We highly recommended professional install for all items. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. On some occasions, we might contact the manufacturer for additional information to help you with the products.
All auction sales are final. We can only issue an exchange for the following reasons: Defected Item or wrong Item Shipped. Buyer may request money back (less shipping) if you are not satisfy with our product. Refund will be sent out after product is return and inspected.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs under any circumstance. All shipping and handling fee will not be returned in any case.
