You are buying a used unlocked Core i7-875K Lynnfield processor pulled from a working system (upgrading to Ivy Bridge).  Note that it has never been overclocked and was used with an Intel DP55KG motherboard and a Corsair H70 water cooling system. 

It does not come with any retail packaging or stock fan.  Still under manufacturer 3 year warranty.

Guaranteed not DOA (I'm using it to write this listing :).
