One set of 6. #608 New skate bearing's 
at least 6 608's are needed
for a Prusa Mendel with a Wade's extruder
3 with out extruder and some use 8 with "Z" axis stabelator's 
These bearings spin easy.
they have rubber clad metal (Steel) end seals
Will Run Quieter than all metal easier to open and close
 with out that snap ring flying off some where. Gaaa!
This is a good choice for rebuild with the Knowbusiness  Washer kit
The bearings are lightly oiled (*shipping oil*) they are new 
A good result might be had,,
by washing bearings in HOT soapy water. Thence drying completely. Thence re-lube with Food safe White lithium grease.
or a light oil of your choice
*shipping oils might not be the best.. one should clean and re-lubricate any new bearing's
