• Unwanted items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Products are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to all Worldwide via International Airmail, this takes on average of five to fifteen working days to arrive and we are reliant on your local postal service once the goods have been dispatched, please be aware of this when ordering for special occasions such Christmas & birthdays.

Question: My item is damaged on arrival, what do I do?
Answer: Please contact us the day it arrives to report a damaged delivery. Every care is taken in packaging your item securely in quality, hardwearing postage bags or parcels.
