We will not consider returns for our items unless one of the following conditions is met:
 The following items carry a 14-day "dead on arrival" (DOA) warranty: new items, hard drives, memory, tape drives, graphics cards, processors, rackmount equipment, servers, fiber channel cards, telecom equipment, and desktop computers.
The following items are sold AS-IS, without warranty or guarantee: laptops, accessories, testing equipment, projectors, and software. We try our best to accurately describe the item, so please look over the listing carefully and bid accordingly.
If applicable, refunds will be given only after the item is returned and tested, packed up along with all documentation. We do not refund shipping costs unless the aforementioned conditions are met.
We will not accept returns on items that have been modified in any way. Returns are subject to verification.
We do not generally do exchanges, except when we have a replacement in stock and the value of the item to be exchanged is greater than $100.
WE ONLY DO REFUNDS VIA PAYPAL. WE CAN NOT DO THEM THROUGH EBAY DUE TO ACCOUNTABLITY ISSUES.
BIDDING AND PAYMENT:
We only accept PayPal for payment with Ebay checkout; we do not accept private offers outside of Ebay or with any other means.
Do not bid on an item unless you are willing and able to purchase it. We charge a 20% “changed my mind” fee, so please don’t change your mind.
Payment is due within 5 business days of the date your auction ends or, if applicable, your invoice date. If you need to make special arrangements, please let us know before we issue you an invoice, otherwise, Ebay automatically opens a case on our behalf after 7 days.
As we are closed on weekends, if you pay for your item on Friday, we will not start the shipping process until Monday.

We do not offer local pickup! We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We can do combined shipping for items that are small enough to fit in the same box, and combined handling for customers who win multiple auctions. To get combined shipping and handling you must request an invoice.

When shipping, we always require a delivery signature. While this raises the shipping costs, it ensures your item arrives. If you would like your item insured, please let us know before you pay your invoice.
If your item was returned to us because you were not available to receive it, we will not be responsible for repeat postage.
