The photographs were published in December, 1990 by the Dutch photographer Ronald Brus in memory of Manoussos, a taxi driver who had become his friend
There are twenty matt black & white photographs, each print 30 cms x 20 cms & monunted on 40 cms x 30 cms card
The prints are in a black cloth covered portfolio with a silver title to the front & included with the photographs are notes on the photographs in Dutch, a dedication to Manoussos (see photo) & a summary in English of a longer Dutch document about Anopolis & the photographer's experience there
all in Fine condition
As you will see from the example shown, the photographs are superb & anyone who loves the island of Crete will be delighted by them

Fine / VG (Very Good) / G (Good) / Fair / Poor
e.g. VG/G : a VG book with a G dust wrapper
VG/- : a VG book without a dust wrapper
All scoring is to some extent subjective, but I try to be consistent and fair in my scoring.
Some books may have previous owners’ inscriptions, book-plates or labels.
Any ex-library books are indicated by ex-lib after the grade, e.g. G/VG ex-lib
Most booksellers do not give ex-library books a condition, but I find that library books vary greatly in quality, from hardly used reference library books, which may only have one small stamp, to heavily stamped, used and abused books, which may have been damaged by rough removal of end papers by library staff at discard, so I score my ex-library books, but do bear in mind that all ex-lib books will have stamps and librarian’s marks.
