We pride
ourselves
on our shipping standards. Packages are discreetly wrapped from HW
Inc. and
are generally shipped out the same day we receive your order. Please
understand
when selecting 1 day, 2 day, and 3 day shipping that the delivery time
is calculated
from the time the order leaves the warehouse. HW and UPS only ship on
business
days which excludes weekends and holidays. A tracking number will be
sent to
the email address provided upon the order leaving our warehouse. All
orders
are sent with delivery confirmation and are insured up to $100.
UNLESS
SPECIFIED, ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY FROM UPS. LIABILITY
FOR ANY THEFT OR DAMAGE LIES WITH THE RECEIVER IF THE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION IS
DECLINED.
Orders may
be required to go to the billing address at HydroWholesale's discretion.
Any incorrect information entered by the customer may delay ship time.
Shipping
rates may differ from the amount calculated and in some cases, you may be
contacted for additional shipping costs.
UPS does
not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping to a P.O. Box address requires USPS Express
Mail service and shipping costs may differ from the amount shown.
Shipments
to Canada and other countries may be taxed/dutied by the receiving country. UPS
or the shipping company used will contact the customer directly to pay the
taxes/duties. HydroWholesale has no way of knowing what these fees will
be and is not responsible for any additional monies required by the receiving
country.
In an effort to
make your On-line shopping experience as trouble free as possible, HydroWholesale,
Inc. has adopted a new layer of security in its packaging and shipping routine.
Occasionally mistakes occur, resulting in the customer not receiving all or
part of their purchase. Going forward every outgoing order is digitally videoed
with a time stamp (date, time and order number). This method of 'time stamping'
allows us to compare with your purchase what actually got packaged and shipped
from any of our facilities. This will greatly reduce any poor performance or
theft that we may incur and we will be able to rush you any item(s) we unintentionally
did not give to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for your delivery. In the unlikely
event that you do not receive any portion of your order, please contact us immediately
to begin resolving the situation.***Please
understand that in some cases, you may be receiving one or more of your items
from a different location due to availability (noted VIA our correspondence).
Should you wish
to waive the signature confirmation, please select "no signature" or contact
us via phone or email. HW Inc. uses the UPS World Ship rates to automatically
calculate shipping costs when orders are placed online. Occasionally, the amount
calculated is not accurate after we pack, measure, and weigh the boxes and additional
shipping charges may apply. We will contact you to make you aware of additional
shipping charges before we ship the order.
Though we keep
a well stocked inventory, there may be times that we do not have a product in
stock and need to drop ship the item from the manufacturer. Please keep in mind
that products shipped from the manufacturer may take an additional number of
days to arrive. Inspect your package upon arrival! If your package arrives and
appears to be damaged, refuse the package and notify us immediately. We make
every effort to pack your order efficiently and safely to withstand damage.
