Following receipt of payment, an email will be sent to the address you listed in the checkout with complete order details.

We only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses or to the billing address on the credit card used to make your purchase.

Payment Details

• Payment must be received within 5 business days of winning an item.
• Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after 5 business days and eBay policies will be followed
• The winning bidder must respond within 48 hours of purchase
• Credit cards will not be charged until your order ships.

Sales Tax

There is an 8.25% sales tax on orders placed in Texas. If you are a Texas resident, we must charge this sales tax in addition to the sale price.

Domestic shipping

Your item will be shipped within 2 business days of payment.
We ship to all continental US destinations via UPS ground shipping .
Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and PO Box use USPS priority mail. Extra shipping rates apply.

International Shipping

Internationally, we ship via First-Class USPS mail if package is less than 4 lbs. If more, we use international priority mail or UPS Canada. Cost is calculated based on weight.
Buyer is responsible for international taxes, customs, and duties.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available for up to 5 items. We offer a USD$2 discount for EACH ADDITIONAL item purchased.
If the shipping costs for item A, B, and C are $9, $7, and $5 respectively, the total cost after discount becomes: $9(A) + $5(B after discount) + $3(C after discount) = USD$17.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included in the shipping charge for every item.

• We offer a 1 year warranty on most products, with the exception of strobes and light bulbs (30 day warranty).
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return a product within 14 days, with the exception of opened muslin and used strobe lights.
• Buyers must pay the return shipping charge.
• Prior to returning any order, please contact us via email for an RMA number.
• All return orders should include your eBay user ID, eBay item number, and a brief reason for the return order.
• Item will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking/service fee.
• The shipping and handling fee is non refundable.
• Return order must be in the same condition as received.
• If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item.
• Defective items can only be exchanged for an identical item.
• The defective item must be returned to seller before a replacement can be shipped out.
