New and never displayed 1:72 Unimax F-14A Tomcat in the popular bright sunburst and shark-toothed VF-111 'Sundowners' paint scheme, representing the CAG bird on the USS Carl Vinson in 1989. The F-14 Tomcat was featured in the movie 'Top Gun' and as the only fighter which carried the AIM-54 long range air-to-air missile became a true 'fleet defense interceptor.' The venerable 'Cat with two tails' finally retired in 2006 after 30 years of service in the USN. Box is in C10 condition. As a free bonus I will also include the F-14 Tomcat in Action book from Squadron Signal as shown. This book contains many photos and drawings in color for the aviation enthusiast or modeler.
