We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched within 48 hours. We only ship to a confirmed PayPal address.

We warrantee and represent that all of our items are 100% authentic and genuine as described in the above listing.  We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help. At the end of the auction that you have won please make payment by the seventh day after the end of the auction. We reserve the right to relist any sold items not paid for by the seventh day after the auction ends. All merchandise comes with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns for a refund instead of replacement must be done with in seven days of receipt. Bullion coins must be returned by the third day of receipt or as noted in the auction.

When purchasing jewelry in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, Antwerp Diamonds will refund 100% of the items purchase amount less shipping. For returns on coins please read the listing for exact details. Bullion coins and bars are not refundable and NGC and PCGS certified coins are returnable for exchange. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. Items must be sent back to us within 7 days after you receive the merchandise.
