- We ship to the lower 48 States with Fedex Ground. We CANNOT ship to a P.O. Box to the lower 48 States.
- Snowboard packages will normally ship in multiple packages and may arrive a day or two apart. This is a rare occurrence.
- We ship Monday through Friday.
- Express Shipping available. Email us for details. Please
be advised that shipping snowboards with Express shipping is very
expensive because a snowboard is oversized and odd shaped.
- All of our items ship fully insured, even items that come with FREE Shipping!

Canadian Shipping Information
Canadian Shipping
- We only ship via USPS International Priority Mail to Canada. Average shipping time is 10-14 days, but can take 4 weeks during holiday periods.
- There is NO FREE SHIPPING to Canada. Please check under shipping information at the bottom of the eBay page for shipping costs to Canada. Free shipping is only to the lower 48 United States.
- Snowboard packages will normally ship in multiple packages. It is not at all unusual for them to arrive at different times even though they will ship from our warehouse the same day.
- Shipping costs DO NOT INCLUDE DUTIES AND TAXES. We do not know how much these costs will be. You will be charged these fees before your items can be delivered. You can contact your local post office for this information. We cannot mark items as a gift, so please do not ask us to do so. We will declare the actual price you paid for the items minus shipping costs.

Colorado Residents
- 2.9% Sales Tax on any items shipping to a Colorado address.
- Additional 2% City Tax on any item picked up at our warehouse.

Returns/Exchanges
- All sales are final.
- If
an item is not as described in the auction, we will gladly exchange or
refund your purchase plus shipping costs once the item is returned to
us. We work extremely hard to describe our items well, and to keep our customers happy.
- Exchanges can be done on boots that do not fit correctly. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the item that there is a sizing problem. Please be advised that snowboard boots are made to fit very snug.
- If there are any problems with your purchase, please email us and we will be very prompt in responding to you.
