UK Returns Policy: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods. If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following: 1. We have been notified in writing to info@discountgolfshop.net. 2. THE GOODS ARE RETURNED IN A BRAND NEW UNUSED CONDITION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING THE GOODS IN A RE-SALEABLE CONDITION, NEATLY FOLDED AND IN ITS ORIGINAL UNSPOILT PACKAGING WITH TAGS ATTACHED AS THIS ITEM HAS TO BE RESOLD (THEY ARE REJECTED IF NOT). *If returned goods are refused by Discount Golf Shop because you have not met the above criteria, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you. * 3. You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. If for any reason you decide to return an unused item or wrong size garment, the cost of postage is your responsibility 4. You can return for refund or exchange. If you require a refund the actual cost of the original postage will not be refunded (even if the item was posted free of charge to you, otherwise a returned item increases the cost of the product and removes the ability to be posted foc to the next buyer). If you require an exchange we will have to charge you postage to send out the replacement items. 5. Any items received back AFTER THE 7 DAY PERIOD (from the day you received the item) has expired will not be eligible for a refund but will be accepted for a credit to be spent in my eBay store. I appreciate that items can be delayed in the post so please keep proof of posting as I will accept any item if it has been posted within the time frame to get back on time (i.e. posted on the 6th day first class) If returned goods are refused by Discount Golf Shop because you have not met the above criteria, you will be asked to pay for return carriage back to you.
