Buyers Shipping and Payment Note Please Read:

 Questions

• If you have questions concerning the item listed please e-mail us. We continually check e-mail and in most cases you should receive an answer in a reasonably short time. Questions requiring additional research may take longer.

Shipping

• We ship daily using the US Postal Service and UPS

• We will gladly combine items whenever possible to reduce your shipping cost.

• Every attempt is made to ship all shipments within 24 hours

• Local pickup is another option, an appointment must be made.

• Postal tracking numbers are available by clicking on the “View Order Details” link on page of the item you purchased.  UPS shipment tracking numbers will be e-mailed when the package is packed for shipping.

• For items that qualify for media mail (Books) the postal service will tell you normal delivery is within 10 days.  However it can often take 2 to 3 weeks for delivery especially during the holidays.

• International buyers will assume responsibility for any import duties accessed by the country where the items are shipped.   

 Returns and Warranties

• Returns are accepted for most reasons; please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item for approval.  Items must be returned in the condition they were when shipped. You the buyer will be responsible to ship the item back. We recommend using either the USPS or UPS.  Once the item has been received a refund will be issued to the buyers PayPal account or by check.  

• Warranties, most items listed for sale by K&B Sales unless otherwise noted should be considered to be used or NOS.  Due to this any claim would be limited to the purchase price of the item and should be made known to us within 7 days of receiving the item.  There is absolutely no expressed or implied extended warranty of any type, by me or any previous owner, distributor or the original manufacturer.

 Feedback

• Feedback is very important to all of us and we are very proud of the feedback we have received from our customers.  We make every attempt to accurately describe the items we have for sale but realize we all look at things differently and mistakes happen. 

• We make every effort to leave customer feedback when payment has been made and the item is shipped.

• Please check your item as soon as you receive it and let us know via e-mail if it is not what you expected. Since we feel problems can be resolved with communication we see no reason for negative feedback.

• If you are satisfied with the transaction we invite you to leave feedback. Our goal to you and every customer is to provide 5 star service every time.
