• We ship to world wide. This item will be shipped via Hongkong International Airmail without tracking number.

Feedback and DSR Policy

• It is my policy to leave feedback after I ship your item.  I request that you leave feedback for me once you have received your item and are satisfied with it.
• DSR's are a powerful tool on eBay.  As such, I request that you leave honest DSR for any transactions you may have with me.  If for any reason you feel the need to leave a low DSR, please contact me so I can try to correct the situation or at least learn what I did wrong.
  

Warranty and Quality Policy

• I stand behind my products 100%.  If for any reason you feel the need to return your toy, let me know within 30 days of receipt of toy and i'll refund your money, no questions asked.  That's how confident I am in my product quality and shipping processes.  However, to get the refundthe toy must be shipped back to an address that I provide at the buyer's expense.  The only exception to this is if the toy is damaged during transit or if a defect is found upon opening and attempted operation of the toy.
• However, some products may need to be calibrated or adjusted slightly to achieve maximum operating performance once they arrive to your door.
• If for any reason your product has a failure, contact me. I'll do my best to help you fix the problem while you still have your order. If I can't fix it, then I send you a new product.
• All products are personally tested by me for 100% functionality through multi point tests before being shipped. If a product fails for any reason, I fail the toy and do not ship it. my quality is of huge importance to me.

Payment Policy

• You have 24 hours to issue payment for your purchase after an invoice has been sent.  At that point if no payment has been issued I will send you an email reminder.  24 hours after that if I don't receive a reply I will issue a 2nd and final email reminder
• After the 2nd email reminder unless contacted by the customer I will report the customer as a non-paying buyer as soon as I can.
