 Beautiful antique handmade brussels lace 

Stunningly Beautiful lace, I believe its handmade (though I'm not a lace maker), fabulous condition . Measures ;28 x 6 inches each lappet at widest points and collar 16 x 5 inches at widest point.

I collect vintage and antique textiles. This has been a lifelong interest of mine. My interest and love of these beautiful vintage fabrics began when I worked as a teenager, in a vintage clothing shop in Camden Passage, London, a place renowned for its antique market and shops.

I particularly love antique quilts and textiles from the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's.you cannot beat the soft handle of a pretty 1940's print cotton or the crispness of a freshly starched hand embroidered victorian tablecloth. I am a keen patchworker/quilter/embroiderer and am constantly on the lookout for interesting fabrics to feed my passion!
