FairPriceHelis was established to bring you quality products at a price that everyone can afford. All the helicopters we sell are custom built by our professional team. They are NOT an off the shelf item. We are unable to supply you with manuals on how to fly helicopters. Within your heli's package you will find a how to operated description and also links to manuals that can be downloaded from the Internet for the radio system and internal helicopter of the advertised sale.

Quality of our products

When you purchase one of our RC products, we assure you that your product will have been built and fully tested in our workshop by our experienced team of professional Helicopter and model builders here in Queensland, Australia.

We do not allow a heli to leave our workshop until it flies perfectly for a standard hover.

All parts to assemble the helicopters are brand new. We import parts from 3 different countries to create a perfectly working product.

The batteries

With every battery that we supply, we test each cell for voltage loss and charge and de-charge and recharge them 3 times. If they fail our test we send them back for replacement.

If you have purchased a battery of any kind from us, and it is faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your heli. We will talk you through the steps to fix it, or if it is too far gone, we will organise for you to send the batteries directly to our suppliers to see if it can be replaced under their warranty.

These lithium polymer batteries are very different from other batteries. We suggest you research and learn how to correctly take care of this type battery before using them.

PREPARING TO RECIEVE YOUR NEW HELI

If you have none, or very little experience, with RC helicopters, we strongly recommend that you obtain professional assistance or learn how to use your new heli with a flying simulator. The simulators can be bought from other EBay sellers for as little as $25.00.

We also recommend that you seek professional assistance with setting up your heli and your first flight. And at the very least, attach training gear to suit your size heli.

POSTAGE AND  PACKING OF YOUR NEW HELI

We use 100% recycled packaging material and we pack all our items to ensure your heli is as stable and safe as possible for shipping.

When we are not doing a shipping special we use both fastway couriers and Aust post registered for national shipping, with tracking numbers. We chose the best for your area so you get your heli the quickest.

And for international shipping we ship with Express Post International EMS which is also registered and with tracking numbers.

We do not make any profit from shipping. Your heli's boxed size and country, plus post code is automatically feed into the system of the shipping company, and the shipping cost is calculated from there.

Dispatch

After payment clears, your heli will be shipped within 1 - 3 working day.

Insurance

All helicopters sold and shipped within Australia, are completely insured and shipped with "Fastway Couriers" therefore we require an address where the item can be signed for. Smaller items can be shipped to a Postal Address.

For ALL International Sales, we strongly advise that you take out insurance for your item during shipping. The cost for this insurance is $8.75 for the first $100. And $2.35 for every $100. Thereafter.

If the item you buy from us is not insured, we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss what so ever.

Warranty

All helicopters sold are covered by our warranty. The helicopters Must be returned for our assessment and repairs. The shipping costs have to be met by the purchaser. All faulty parts will be replaced at our cost.

RETURN POLICY

Please note, all items are fully checked before dispatch. It is also strongly recommended that you learn how to use your new heli using a flight simulator or working with a professional.

If a problem is found after receiving the item(s), please contact us within 24 hours.

Exchange or repair will only cover dead on arrival and does not cover any crash or damage caused by the users.

Returned items should include the original packaging and all accessories.
Buyers are responsible for the postage of returned items. If your heli is proved that damage or issue was not the buyers fault, then Re-sending postage will be covered by us.

NOTE

Please be aware. That all the helicopters we sell are built by our professional team right here in our workshop, Brisbane Queensland, Australia.

You must except that very rarely there may be some small imperfections such as slight scratches and chips that are caused by building these huge builds.

There also, during shipping, may have some items come slightly loose. Please give your heli a good look over and check that all items are secure and tight before flying.

And this is good practice to do this every time after every flight.

We can not express enough that they are not an Factory production line "Off The Shelf" item.

If you are looking for a helicopter that you simply switch on and fly, PLEAESE PURCHASE ONE FROM YOUR LOCLE ELECTRONICS STORE. We recommend you buy a dual blade coaxial helicopter.

These heli's that we build, require experience with 3 x servo swash plate 6 channel helicopter flying. And also is ideally suited to any person who has the patience, time and willingness to learn to operate this specialised machine.

Plus an acceptance by yourself that these can be very easily damaged if you do not have the experience or patience to learn how to operate them correctly.

We are sorry but we can not teach you all you need to know on how to fly your new heli. We simply do not have the time and resources to do this. However, we will assist you as much as we can via email only. Due to overwhelming response we have had to cease all phone contact 4 years ago . We hope you can understand this.

There are many people out there who we have no doubt are very experienced in flying and building RC helicopters. As we are. We have built, tuned and tested over 10,000 + RC helicopters now, which have been all personally scrutinised by our 2 mangers, James and Max. We have also tried and test literally thousands of different types of electronics, from servo's to gyro's. And we only use what suits the style of heli that is sold. If you have no experience in this type of RC helicopter and you do consult other experienced help please be aware that within this hobby there are and always will be sceptics, on what they personally think should be done and parts that should be used; Especially the local hobby shop dealers and hobby park members, mainly because they have been losing a lot of business due to the new and overwhelming Internet sales system.

We can assure you that every part we use on our fuselage scale helicopters is 100% perfectly suited to the type of flying that this type of helicopter is designed for. We also assure you that we test, tune and fly every helicopter that we sell. It is our policy and in our interest that NO heli gets packed before it is tested and flying perfectly.

The scale flying helicopters are not suited to 3D flying. If you wish for a heli to be tuned differently other then a standard training hover, then please inform us when ordering. We can tune any way you wish.

If you wish to fly your new heli at your local flying association please check with them that what radio systems they may approve. And also please be aware that you more then likely will be frond upon if you say you did not build your heli your self, or you bought your heli from the internet.

Remember, you will always come across sceptics on what they think is best.
