Shipping

• Shipments are typically processed within 1 Business Day after payment
• We offer combined Shipping discounts on purchases of multiple items - discounts are calculated automatically during Checkout

U.S. Domestic Shipping

• Standard U.S. Domestic shipping is via USPS First Class Package mail
• Options to expedite shipping are usually presented at Checkout - prices vary depending on value, weight, destination and service level

International Shipping

• International shipping is available to most countries although certain restrictions apply and we do not ship to all countries - please refer to each Listing to verify that we ship to a particular country and to see the cost for shipping
• Options to expedite shipping are usually presented at Checkout - prices vary depending on value, weight, destination and service level
• Customs Duties and/or Import Taxes vary by country and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for clearing shipments through Customs
• All shipments to destinations outside the United States will be accompanied with the required Customs Declaration for the Full Value of the Item purchased. There are no exceptions to this requirement

Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary widely depending upon destination, carrier, shipping method and service level
• We provide tracking numbers via email as soon as shipments are processed
• International shipments sent via USPS First Class or Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box can take up to 45 Days or more for delivery - this is the USPS service level standard - many international packages are delayed clearing Customs in the destination country

Delivery Insurance

• All shipments are insured for their full value through third-party insurance. In the unlikely event that your package does not arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact us in order to initiate an Insurance Claim. Insurance Claims cannot be filed until 45 days after shipment and will require a signed written declaration of Non-Receipt or Damage from the Buyer

Returns

• 100% Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal - all of our products are completely guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us. All items may be returned for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price.
• We often have multiple quantities available for most of our products. In many instances, we are able to offer an Exchange in order to resolve an issue with the item you received.
• All Returns or Exchanges must be initiated within 14 Days of Receipt.
• Original Outbound Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in circumstances when the return is due to our error. We will cover the cost of Return Shipping in circumstances when the Return is necessary to correct our error.
• If you need to return an Item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization.
• All Credit Card order Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
• Items must be returned in their complete original package and/or certified holder. Coins removed from the certified holder cannot be returned.

Payment

• Payment is required within 3 Days of purchase in US Dollars
• Payment through PayPal is preferred; all major Credit Cards are also accepted
• California residents will be charged 8.75% California Sales Tax unless:
  • the purchase qualifies for the California Sales Tax "Precious Metal Bullion Exemption" on purchases of $1,500 or more of qualified bullion and collectible coin products; or,
  • the purchase is for Resale and a valid California Seller's Permit is provided

• Product Display/Colors
  Liberty Coin attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
• Use of Stock Images
  We often have multiple quantities available of many of our most popular products. As a result we often use "Stock Images" to represent the actual product. When a "Stock Image" is used to merchandise a product, that use will be disclosed as follows:

• Errors and Omissions
  Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Liberty Coin, LLC reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed.
• Pre-Owned Vintage US Mint Products
  Except for current year products, nearly all of our US Mint products have been previously owned. Unless otherwise disclosed, all of our US Mint products come with their complete original packaging. We inspect all pre-owned US Mint products prior to offering them for sale. We only sell sets that have passed our inspection; the coins are typically free of excessive hazing, spotting, or distracting toning. While the items are typically in very good condition for their age, these vintage products are not new.
