We only use UPS which is not the least expensive but is the most reliable carrier.
•We do not loose money on our shipping to promote our wines.
•If there's a damage claim we don't wait until we are refunded by the carrier. We quickly replace, exchange or refund the money.
•For our East Coast customers please keep in mind UPS takes 6 business days to ship so shipping your wine on a Monday means you'll get your wine the following Monday.
•To protect wine from prolonged transit time, we minimize this by not shipping Ground or 2-Day packages past Wednesday or Overnight packages past Thursday. Please keep this in mind when paying for your wine.
Due to state laws and regulations we can only ship wine to the following states:

We will be able to handle any problems with UPS or any other courier with in 60 day period following the expected delivery date. We are not responsible for any package problems after this 60 day period. We will always work to get your problem solved as quickly as possible.
