By placing a Bid or purchase through "Buy it Now" means you understand and agree the following terms:

Any Shipping, Installation, or Incidental fees are Non-refundable

If the package is refused or went to an undeliverable address, customer will be responsible for the reshipping shipping and handling fees, if refuse to pay, there will be a 20% restocking fee charge

Please be aware that we are not responsible or reliable for any expenses, such as labor, towing, in additional for repair, rental car or other related issues arise by the time period required for buyer to receive the part which buyer won; any of the listed problems and any time requirement to fix them, or by the use of wrong, defective or broken part during or/and after installation.
- Please keep the original box and packing material of the package within the exchange period. Without it we will not be able honor any request of exchange/returned over 14 days after package has been delivered, please make sure to check the package immediately after received
- No claims will be accepted if the damage was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or incorporated installation
- Picture of the damage item is required to file the claim
DEFECTIVE?
If product is defective upon arrival, please email us immediately with a digital photo of the product, we will assist you with the returning procedure and we will be responsible for all shipping charges
DAMAGE?
If product is damaged upon arrival, please e-mail a digital photo of the problem. We will file a damage claim to the shipping company. After claim has been approved, we will re-ship the item at shipping company's cost
PACKAGE LOST?
If the package is lost in transit, we will follow up with shipping company right away, replacement or refund at buyer's choice
PARTS MISSING?
If buyer believe some part is missing from the package, please email us a picture of the actual receive parts
RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM?
If buyer received incorrect item, please e-mail us with a digital photo of the item. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label and responsible for re-shipping charge. (For domestic shipment only)
PURCHASED WRONG ITEM AND WANT TO EXCHANGE?
If buyer purchase the wrong item by error and wants an exchange, shipping and handling charges is not refundable, buyer will also be responsible for another shipping and handling charge.
PURCHASED WRONG ITEM AND WANT A REFUND?
If buyer purchased the wrong item by error and wants a refund, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be in brand new, resalable condition
WHAT PICTURE DO YOU NEED TO PROVIDE IF NEEDED?
We will need the pictures that include:
- Shipping label of the carrier
- Label that is including the part number
- Damage/Defective area of the actual parts
Local pick up is available for this item; Please read through the procedure below:
- Will Call Business Hour :
10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday - Only orders that is placed before 12p.m. Pacific time can be able to pick up in the same day. Orders after 12p.m. will go as next day's order.
- After placing order on eBay, please contact us at 877-809-5524 immediately to confirm and schedule your order for the pick up time. Pick up time is usually the next business day.
- We accept cash and credit card in person only for all pick up orders.
- Do not pay with PayPal for any local pick up orders, if you do, we will refund the PayPal payment back to you when you pick up the item and we will charge you in cash or credit card.
Terms for Local Pickup:
- Order will be able to pick up on the next business day after the date of purchase.
- We will only prepare the order if you call in and confirm.
- Please note that you have 5 business day from the date of the confirmed order to pick up the order. If you have not picked up your package within that period, and have not contact us to arrange extension, your item will be sent back to the warehouse and your order will automatically be cancel. We reserved the right to filing non-pay dispute on eBay.
- Walk in pick up without contacting us ahead may result in delay or the package not ready for pick up at the same day. Please make sure you call ahead before come in.
We require all buyers to provide the following items:
- Driver's License or government-issued photo ID of designated pick up person
- Printout of the Will Call order pick up slip that we email you or the order number we give you over the phone
