Seller reserves the right to offer partial or no refund for any items returned after 14 days of the delivery date or if used or altered in any way. Since we offer free shipping on all items, we would be out true shipping costs, so any items over 13 oz returned will have original shipping costs deducted from refund. Items are to be returned via USPS with tracking confirmation. Same care and handling of returned items is expected of the buyer.
