All Returns must be in the same condition as you received it right out of the box and included with original packaging and accessories.

Return Mailing Labels
In the case of Returns, PNB12 will provide the necessary pre-paid shipping label for items sold through PNB12.
In the event that you have multiple orders requiring a refund, each order must be shipped separately. Each return must have a unique mailing label in order to ensure you receive the correct refund amount.
Return Shipping Labels are pre-paid and will cost you nothing.

Replacement Part Option
In the event that you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, we offer the option to replace the item. All you have to do is simply snap a quick picture of the damaged item and send it to us. We can have a replacement sent out immediately.

Items That Can't Be Returned
PNB12 does not accept returns of the following items:
-Photography related equipment more than 30 days after delivery

Other Conditions
If you return an item using the return label provided from us and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unopened items in their original condition that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive 80% of the item's price.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 50% of item's price.

30 Day Warranty
PNB12 offers a 30 Days Warranty on all listed items. Warranty is only valid from the date of order printed on the invoice.
