We do returns on a situational basis.
A - If you need to return because you missed something in the description, you need to pay to have the item returned, and you will not receive the original shipping costs back. If FREE shipping is on the item, the amount it cost us to ship will be deducted from your refund.
B - If it is 100% our fault (dead on arrival, wrong item, broken on arrival, etc..), then we'll reimburse you everything + what it costs to get the item back to us.
C - If the item you purchased is a sealed item (ie - in manufacturers package), you can only return it if you have not opened it. Opened items are non-refundable unless section "B" applies.
