We do NOT substitute tickets. You will receive the exact tickets as denoted within this auction. As we process orders from various sources (e.g. website, phone, eBay, etc...), your order is NOT confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us with your order number. In rare circumstances when these tickets are no longer available, a representative will contact you to offer comparable, or better, replacement tickets. If you choose not to accept the replacement tickets, you will be issued a full refund.

We ship our tickets via Federal Express to ensure secure delivery. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your tickets ship. Winning bids and payments placed after 4pm Eastern Standard time or on the weekends may ship the following business day.

We Ship Domestically (USA) at the following flat rates:
• FREE FedEx 2nd business day
• $20.00 FedEx Next business day
• $25.00 FedEx Next business morning
• $35.00 FedEx Saturday Delivery

We will only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses. Please do not bid on this listing if you are unwilling to use a confirmed address.

Sometimes Tickets are not available for immediate shipment as they may not have been received from the original ticket issuer. If Tickets are in hand, they will ship on the same or next business day of your order. If they are not in hand, you will be notified of an expected ship date. This date is often in the notes of the listing.

If your event is coming up the next day, it's your responsibility to select and pay for the proper shipping. Please note that orders placed after 5:30pm weekdays and 12pm Saturday's will not be shipped until the next business day.

• Payment must be made first for the auction to end.
• Damaged or Lost Shipments: In the case of shipping damage or lost items as a result of shipping, the recipient of the item must first make a claim with the shipment carrier. The claim must also be complete before distribution of reimbursement can take place.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued only if the event is officially canceled and not postponed or reschedule for another date. Full auction price, less shipping charges, will be provided for officially canceled events. For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Tickets must be mailed back to our office to receive refund.
• Please note: Tickets are sold at market price which may be above or below the original face value of the ticket. We are often not notified of canceled or rescheduled events. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm changes to the date or time of event. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded. Original tickets will be used for the new event date. In some cases, the auction price is above the face value of the ticket and discovering this upon delivery of your tickets IS NOT grounds for canceling your order or attempting to challenge the purchase with PayPal or your credit card provider. All sales are final. Refunds are gladly issued only if the event is officially canceled.
• Seating Chart: Venue seating chart may be generic for the venue or based of a historical setup, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies. Please check with the event venue website or event venue box office if you have questions. We cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layout. Floor plans vary from show to show and, things like, stage set up or sound board location can alter the seating layout. We guarantee to tell you what is printed on the tickets, including, the Section, Row and Seats # (only if the seat numbers are disclosed within the listing). As a value added service to our clients, we attempt to make a good faith, or bonafide attempt, to denote the seating location on the venue seating chart. As the venue seating not within our direct control, we cannot be held responsible for guaranteeing the exact location of any seats. Any questions you have with the seating location should be forwarded to the event venue box office. At the request of any potential bidder, we will gladly furnish the event venue box office number for any of our auctions.

If we are able to source Ticket(s) in the same section in a better row, you agree to accept them at the same price, otherwise we will contact you with the offer and you may accept or reject them.

All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is rescheduled, Ticket(s) must be used for the new date. If an event is canceled with no make-up date, we will gladly issue a full refund (less shipping charges) but Ticket(s) must be returned to us. For officially canceled events, refunds must be requested no later than 10 days after the scheduled event date. Ticket(s) must be mailed back to our office to receive refund. Cancellation of an opening act is not grounds for a refund. We are not responsible for typographical or system data errors. They are rare, and if they do occur we will gladly give you a full refund.
