We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our main warehouse location in Miami, Florida. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. All orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 2:00pm EST are shipped the same business day* except for those shipping via the US Postal Service. US Postal shipments are dropped off at the Post Office the next business morning.
Continental United States:
We use UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for all of our domestic shipping. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2-5 days to arrive to you and is not trackable. However, we do include Delivery Confirmation as provided by USPS. We use UPS Ground for some of our larger and heavier items. Delivery times vary depending on your location but you will receive a UPS tracking number once your item has shipped.
For those of you in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options including UPS Next Day Air, and 2 Day Air. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quote.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
US Postal Service Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 5-14 days to arrive to you and is not trackable. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments.

APO/FPO Addresses and US Protectorates/Territories:
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority Mail. We can ship nearly all items to you, although some restrictions do apply. Delivery time varies widely from 5-30 days; although most items arrive in less than 2 weeks. Delivery confirmation is not currently available.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
Customs Duties and Taxes: Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Suspension Parts Warehouse includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping, and you will be responsible for paying any additional brokerage fees (if any), import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information.
Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!). We also note shipping charges on the commercial invoice as required by the carrier. We do not include the shipping charges in the value of the item.
Days in Transit:
Days in transit are Monday through Friday only. Saturday, Sunday and National holidays are not considered days in transit. Also, the day that your order leaves our facility is not considered a day in transit.
Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package. Please note that the US Postal Service does not offer package tracking at this time; so USPS shipments will not be trackable, but you will receive a Delivery Confirmation Number.
Unfortunately, local pickups are not currently allowed.

All parts sold by Suspension Parts Warehouse are new, replacement parts that meet or exceed OEM specifications and are guaranteed to fit each vehicle as described in the auction listing.
Each part is covered under a manufacturer's limited warranty for a period of one (1) year and unlimited mileage. If a part fails during the warranty period, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives for questions or claim information. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, other faulty parts, improper installation or off-road, commercial use.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.
Return Exchange Policy:
We will issue an exchange if your item is received defective or the incorrect item was shipped. If we do not have the correct part in stock we will credit you back the amount of the part not including any shipping fees. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
How Returns / Exchanges Work:
We will re-ship your exchanged item when we receive the returned item from you or, preferably you can elect to have the 2nd item charged to your account. Credit for the 1st item will be given when the package is inspected, received and processed. (Credits take 1-3 weeks for processing.)
All Return Exchange Items MUST be in brand new condition, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts.
To return part(s) please e-mail us with your eBay item #, full name, part number, and e-mail address that you placed you order with along with a detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it. We will e-mail you back with instructions in approximately 2-3 business days. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name or e-mail address ordered with. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 3-4 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged properly; . We do not send or issue call tags. Return shipping is responsibility of the customer.
