Hot/Cold Pack: Works great on tight stressed muscles. Great for shoulders and neck. This heat pack is so comforting on cold nights. You can add it to the foot of the bed for those cold toes, drive with it, etc. Can be used frozen as a cold pack, but works better warm. Fabric: Two shoulder/neck heat packs:

Ingredients: Organic blend of chamomile, eucalyptus, lavender, lemongrass, peppermint, rosemary and spearmint. Rice (grown in the Directions: Hot Pack: Heat for 1 - 2 minutes in your microwave and it will stay hot for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on where you put it and the temperature it's in. These herbal heat packs are a great alternative to the old fashioned hot water bottle. Cold Pack: Freeze in plastic baggie for 1-2 hours.
