It is a beautiful glossy clear blue that just sparkles & the pictures here do not due this shaft justice. The Rapport SL Ultralite is a lightweight, mid torque, filament wound graphite golf shaft. While Rapport alleges that the shaft has a mid bend point, the SL Ultralite has one of the lowest tip to butt ratios of any shaft on the market today. The filament wound construction produces a very consistent performing shaft. Smooth swingers will be pleased with the shafts softer feel. The lower trajectory produced by the shaft is a testimonial. The shaft is not wimpy though and can be swung hard! This is definitely one of the best shafts on the market for the retail price of about $25, we have a price of only $5.55 + S&H in my ebay store.
