HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
First contact us at 888-429-1959. Customer service must assign a Returned Goods Authorization number for any returned item. This RGA number is used by our returns department to validate the receipt of goods back to our warehouse. All defective items will be inspected and tested by our RGA Department.
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please report the problem to our customer service team within 30 days. Please inspect your product on receipt. All items are shipped new, never used.
We offer a full money back guarantee for items reported and returned within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be in perfect condition, not used or installed on the vehicle. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receipt and inspection of the item back to our warehouse. Please note that transit time is up to 5 business days. So please allow 10 to 14 days for refunds and exchanges.
In most cases, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless they have been approved by our RGA Department, and customers are responsible for shipping the item back.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll be happy to process an exchange, or we can refund your money for the cost of the returned item less any shipping fees at the published Fedex rate within 30 days of receipt of your item.

FastSource Autoparts offers a Limited Warranty within 1 Year of receiving the item. The warranty is for exchange only and covers any manufacturer's defect. No Exchanges will be made for any product that has been damaged, misused or improperly installed. We always recommend professional installation of our products. The buyer assumes risk of damage caused by improper installation.
We will ship replacements when the original item has been returned to our warehouse.
If any item is out of stock and we cannot exchange the item, we will offer the buyer a full refund less any shipping fees at the published Fedex rate.
