Voit & Healthways
This auction is for a Lot which includes two 1960’s Voit diving masks and two 60’s Healthways snorkels.
To the best of my research ability, I’m thinking both of these AMF Voit swim masks are called B12B-S Polaris models, but I’m not an expert on them and I may be wrong.
Both masks are “Blue” models.
Both bodies are marked “>>>>Voit<<<<” and “B-12” on the outside and “MADE IN
Both have the “Manual External Depth Equalizer” and the “One-Way Exhaust Valve” features.
One “Water Exhaust/Vent” is “Black” and the other “Water Exhaust/Vent” is “White” (like what the bad guys wore in the James Bond 007 Thunderball end fight scene).
Both “Exhaust Ports” are marked “Voit”, “PAT 3059637”, and “MADE IN U.S.A.”
Both faceplates are lettered “TEMPERED 88-455”.
All the rubber looks good and seems supple.
In my opinion, both of the snorkels are made by “HEALTHWAYS”. Only one has the white “H” logo still (mostly) visible on the orange safety sticker and the other one’s sticker just looks orange. That one sticker with the white logo also has the initial “E” added in ink.
One snorkel has the “dog-bone keeper” on it and the other does not.
The rubber looks good and seems supple as well.
This lot will be packed and shipped inside a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate medium carton ($11.35) from 55810 to the winner’s PayPal Confirmed address.
