The property sits between 2 subdivisions and is located near Avenue H-14 and 220th Street East. This property sits in the high desert and has a Lancaster Zip Code adding to the desirability in northern LA County. The property is pretty level and has some great views. The entire area and surrounding subdivisions were laid out for ranchettes and many use the lots as horse property. Los Angeles County contains some of the most expensive real estate in the world. As mentioned, the property itself is square in shape and measures roughly 330' x 330' and totals 2 ½  acres. The parcel sits where Avenue H-14 will meet 216th Street East. There are nice sweeping views of the desert and mountains and as mentioned the property is located between 2 subdivisions and nets out at 2.5 acres and totals 108,000 square feet. Power and utilities are still at least a mile away and though it may take some time for this area to develop, it is still a very sought after area. The topography is basically flat and the mildest of a slope that only changes about 25 feet over the entire parcel and the land is covered with native brush. Horses are allowed on the property and the parcel is big enough to accommodate them. The annual property taxes are less than $200 per year. A title search was done on this property prior to our purchasing it so we can guarantee clear title to the property and allowing he/she to bid and buy with confidence.
