OK, if you're looking for residential acreage outside of a growing city then take a look at this one. Here is a Southern California residential lot, just east of the Barstow city limits, in nearby Newberry Springs and within the entire Victor Valley. You will be buying a square shaped 2.1 acre property that measures approximately 95 yards by 100 yards and totals over 90,000 square feet, with nice road access, and has some spectacular views. The property fronts Mandrill Street between Suffoch Road and Berkshire Road, just east of Barstow and centrally located between Interstate Highways 15 and 40. Talk about an area that saw a market explosion, the Victor Valley was it as population figures are now estimated at 350,000. And prices are still down, but not as bad as other areas.
