Late 19th Century Fire Screen with a Folk Art Fabric Panel

Antique Victorian figural Jester Fire Screen

This is a Great looking late 19th Century Victorian era Faux Bamboo style figural Fire Screen featuring an Impressive fabric applied Medieval style Jester at the Center. The "Screen" itself Displays very well with wear only to the Embroidered Border that could easily be ignored or repaired. This old Estate Fresh Screen was just leaning up against the fireplace in the Estate and does not look to have ever stood on its own. It would also make a Great piece of wall decor! There is light cosmetic wear to the faux bamboo frame to include two small decorative wooden pieces missing from the top but it hardly effects the look of this unique Piece. This old Beauty is ready to Display and would be right at home in your Victorian Castle or Period Estate.
