Returns must be in original unopened holders and must be shipped fully insured within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds for purchases made with Paypal will be for the entire purchase amount, however a 5% fee is retained from the refund of any purchase paid for by a credit card that we processed directly. This merely covers the processing fees that we have to pay to our credit card service provider. In either case the refund excludes any shipping cost incurred by the buyer. |
